Stuff in July
Hello
This months felt pretty busy so far. I've been a bridesmaid for my boyfriend (James) sister. The wedding was at Park Farm Hotel and was really lovely. We stayed at the hotel on the wedding night and got to use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi the next day.I think I was more nervous then the bride, I get really worried when I know theres going to be alot of people and kept thinking that my dress was going to fall down or I was going to trip over walking down the aisle.
I've seen Bruno and Harry Potter this month. Bruno was funny but its one of those films where some bits you can't really watch, the air con was broken in the cinema so it was really hot and started to smell in there, it was gross. Harry Potter was great and I reccomend seeing it.
I posted a video blog recently on Vegan Cupcake tips so I thought I would just type up the things you can use:
Instead of Egg use Egg Replacer. I use a brand called Orgran and you mix 1 tsp egg replacer with 2tbs water & that makes 1 whole egg.
Replace milk with soya milk. You can use any brand but I think Alpro soya light is my favourite.
Use soya margarine, I usually buy Pure Dairy Free.
If you need to use chocolate in cooking you can buy vegan chocolate.
Today I went and bought loads of fruit and vegetables. Its all washed, cut and prepared so I have health meals all week. I'm usually too tired after work to do this so I thought I will try doing it on a Sunday. I usually try to buy organic where possible and I definatlely reccomend trying to buy organic food that you don't peel or cook. I don't really eat any packaged or processed food. Try reading the ingredients on your food and see if you know what they are. A load of chemicals mainly and if you do your research you will find that lots of them in larger doses are actually toxic. Get food wise, look after your body cos you only have one. Do you prepare your own food or it processed food?
